Google Reviews
All of them come from Neptuno Hires' public Google listings, where the customers themselves wrote them. We transcribe them word for word: we don't correct the text or the spelling, and we don't edit or write them ourselves. Reviews written in another language are shown in our own translation, marked as such, with the original text one click away.
Here you'll see 21 of the 700+ published on Google, chosen to cover different vehicles, languages and destinations. Right now all of the reviews shown are 5-star, so they don't reflect the real spread of ratings: our Google average is 4.8. We can't verify each reviewer's identity ourselves (Google controls that), so the most honest thing we can offer you is the source: check them on Google, where you'll find them all, including those not shown on this page.

I was very satisfied, exactly as booked..... no surprises when I picked it up........ the car was perfect, new and clean; in fact, they gave me a higher category car without changing the price. I'll rent with them again without hesitation. Dropping the car off at the car park was very convenient, and when you call to ask something they're friendly and answer quickly.

We have been renting our vehicles here for many years, usually for stays of several weeks, because we are always delighted with the excellent and very friendly service at a fair price. The car model, chosen in advance, once again fully met our expectations and was delivered to us, as usual, in very good and clean condition. We can only recommend this car hire company with a clear conscience. Many thanks and see you next time!

A very good experience with them. I rented a motorbike for work and had to extend the rental several times, with no problems at all. As well as Calpe, they have a delivery and collection point in Altea, which was perfect for me. And the service was wonderful; they're lovely people. Thank you very much.
Muchas gracias.
