Yes. Cars include SCDW Premium insurance with zero excess: vehicle damage, theft with a police report, glass, tyres, underside and roof, passenger cover and 24h RACE roadside assistance. Motorbikes and vans come with fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of €300 to €450.
Cars and motorbikes: unlimited kilometres, no distance charges. Vans: 300 km per day included; extra kilometres cost €0.20 (small), €0.25 (medium) or €0.30 (large) each.
Yes, at Alicante and Valencia airports, 24 hours a day and free of charge. Give us your flight number when booking: we track the arrival and wait for you in the terminal even if it is delayed. Only cars are delivered at the airports; scooters and vans are delivered at our other points.
Calpe office and deliveries: Monday to Saturday, 9:15 to 19:00. Alicante and Valencia airports: 24 hours. If you need something outside those hours, just ask.
Full to full: we hand it over with a full tank and you return it the same. If it comes back short, you pay the fuel used plus a €25 refuelling fee. You can also pay for the fuel at pick-up, at pump price with no fee, and return it as it is.
Yes, the second driver is free. They must be present at pick-up with a valid licence and meet the same requirements.
